The request must provide the User’s name and the information to be deleted, accessed, or reviewed or the modifications to be made. You must include either a telephone number or an email address for the School’s use in the event of any questions on the instructions provided by the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the School may retain Personal Information to the extent required to comply with applicable regulations or other applicable law. Please note that you may only make a CCPA/CCRA-related access or data portability disclosure requests twice within a 12-month period.
